The Agency (ERA) acts as the system authority for telematics applications. In that capacity, ERA maintains, monitors, and manages all corresponding subsystems requirements at Union level. Relevant technical documents are listed in Appendix C of the TEL TSI.

The respective versions (baselines) in force are published on the website of the Agency twice a year on 15 June and 15 December and are published here.
